security help for yahoo and FB

hi
anyone have the contact for yahoo and FB for password changing and to
report possible exploit used. The person cannot access any of her
password protected sites (email, FB, bank, etc). Police said contact
them. I am looking for it now but thought someone  on the list had
them handy.

Has the "stranded" spam gone further to also providing a link that
installs? That is so far what I have been able to get out of
her..waiting on call.
