This is interesting, but what's more interesting (maybe) is: What is
the capacity of the mobile phone networks to simply block the series
of characters miller needs to send? Obviously the first one is one
that is outside of printable range; and probably not one that would
typically be the start/component of a 'rawer' type message anyway [say
a image or other rubbish].
