"A man is suing McDonald's after he left his mobile at one of the chain's restaurants and nude photos of his wife that were on the phone ended up online. Phillip Sherman, who accidentally left his phone, with the photos, at a McDonald's in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in July, is seeking $3 million (£2 million) in damages for embarrassment he and his wife suffered, along with the cost of having to move to a new house. Mr Sherman filed the suit on Friday against the chain, the franchise owner, and the store manager. He claims that employees promised to keep the phone it until he returned to retrieve it. Mr Sherman and his wife, Tina, claim they were forced to move house after the woman's name, address, and telephone number appeared online, alongside the photos. Mrs Sherman said she recieved offensive calls and texts after the photos were posted online." --clip-- More at http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/howaboutthat/3507510/Man-sues-McDonalds-after-nude-photos-go-online.html Some things go to the Evil Internet category sooner or later...
