Yes, the MBTA lawsuit seems kind of silly now.  However, the presentation
provides evidence of possible criminal wrong-doing.  Adding a bunch of money
to a CharlieTicket and then using at a T station seems problematic to me.

Two things to consider in this case:

1) The TRO wasn't issued until after the actual CD's with the presentation
had already escaped into the wild.

2) The slides that the MTBA wanted suppressed went online - as part of
