The Wikileaks servers are located in Sweden.  I don't think they were
intentional knocked off the air.  They worked for me at least a dozen times
this afternoon.

I just heard on CNN that the U.S. Secret Service has gotten involved
in this brouhaha, so it stands to reason that perhaps some LEO has
forced the original Wikileaks site off the air for the moment.
