German barber finds (central) bank safe plans in rubbish

"A German hairdresser emptying his rubbish was shocked to find "top secret" plans for a new safe for the country's 
central bank due to hold millions of euros, the popular daily Bild reported Thursday.

The plans, which detailed "floor thickness, movement detector placements, doors, passageways and barred gates" was 
inside a plastic bag found in a bin in a Berlin building courtyard, Bild said.

It added that a note on the documents said: "These plans are secret.""
