A small technical point here - in that particular case, you don't really
care if you're contacting the owner/operators.  What you care about is that
you're contacting somebody with the ability and authority to get something
done about the situation.

Of course, this *does* get murky when you're asking yourself "Do I contact
the listed person because their box is compromised, or do I *not* do so because
I suspect the box is *not* compromised and the listed person is blackhat?".
