Another government question for those in England: Brown is not the PM,
but was appointed by the previous PM. Is the PM not elected? Does Brown just fill out the rest of Blair's term and then an election is held? I'm not British, but I'm sure this is basically a (Labor) party decision, not Tony Blair's specifically. Once the party decides, since the party has a majority, Parliament selected the PM. Right?
