I'm particularly struck by the current stressing of the fact that some of
these guys are not only "doctors" but "NHS doctors", as if it's yet another
failure of the health service. Well, maybe you would worry about being
trusting someone with an MRI scanner who can't set up a cellphone as a
detonator. Who knows what damage they might do with rat tooth forceps?
