An easy way to bypass Outlook's spam filter

I've been getting a lot of Viagra spam messages over the past week in my
inbox.  The spammers have found a trivial method of bypassing the Outlook
spam filter:  They set the "From" email address to my own email address.
This trick also turns off the Outlook image blocker because I've configured
the image blocker to trust myself.  I do this so that images show up in
press articles that I've archived as email message.

Back to the drawing boards I guess for the Outlook spam filter......
