All depends what floats Bob Dole's boat.  And whatever it is, there's
probably both of the following:

1) (semi-)legitimate sites delivering it in exchange for your credit card #.

2) illegitimate sites promising to deliver it for free in exchange for pwning
your machine or similar malfeasance.
