We'll use the model appropriate to the problem. It's more difficult than most people think to define censorship. It's even more difficult to agree on what things *should* be censored, and what things shouldn't.
So what we're really scanning for here is the political equivalent of greyware. Oh dear. We'll have to write it in ADA.
