A Cape Coral [Florida] veteran is afraid he could become the victim of
identity theft again after learning Monday his personal information had
been stolen for the fourth time in a year - this time from a state agency.

Bill Trowler got a letter from the Florida Department of Revenue Monday
saying his information had been stolen from a database.

"I felt first of all shock. You can't believe it happened because you think
it doesn't happen to you," said Trowler.

But it has happened to Trowler four times in the last year. It started when
he got caught up in the largest identity theft case in U.S. history.
