Bill Trowler got a letter from the Florida Department of Revenue Monday saying his information had been stolen from a database. "I felt first of all shock. You can't believe it happened because you think it doesn't happen to you," said Trowler. But it has happened to Trowler four times in the last year. It started when he got caught up in the largest identity theft case in U.S. history.
