Possibly - but if I were running the operation, I wouldn't count on
being able to deceive the US military's counterstrike people as to the
real origin of the traffic.  The best way to make them think it's
coming from $COUNTRY is to make it actually come from $COUNTRY.

Unless you meant something else and I'm missing it.
