There were actually two persons that contacted us about this. Gadi Evron thanked us for referencing to him, and a French of Italian writer named Jean-Philippe Luiggi told us he wrote an article about is in a French magazine. Haven't heard from him since though. The paper we wrote was for our master thesis, and unfortunately we didn't explore the possibilities further, because of lack of time. Though this research field is very interesting. Maybe if I have some spare time, and my boss agrees, I'll put some more effort in it.
Hi Dirk-Jan, I was just rumaging around trying to find your address and ran across this message. :-) I thought you and Antoine might interested in "stuff" which relate to the topic(s) in your "DNS as an IDS" paper. With regards to that, Yasuo Musashi of Kumamoto University has done a very good presentation at the OARC meeting in Seattle today: http://public.oarci.net/oarc/workshop-2006/agenda/ ...which I thought you guys might be interested in. Just an FYI. :-) Cheers, - - ferg -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP Desktop 9.5.1 (Build 1557) wj8DBQFFXTLWq1pz9mNUZTMRAnbJAKDQPMbJI5AAr5a4bOzepf5sZvZQgQCaAlkB UwxtM05rOzxzM8x10ORvnKA= =ebFs -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- "Fergie", a.k.a.
