Doesn't amuse me, much, either. (No, I'm not taking the - errr - Mickey.)
I'm slightly surprised by the scale, but well-maintained public facilities
aren't what this country does best (where they can be found at all), and
some workplaces are pretty deficient, too. It's not really surprising if
some people can't cope with them at all.
 
Not quite sure what the security dimension to this issue is, though... I
guess it does at least relate to beer. ;-)
