Anyone from "Windows defender" lurking here?

Specifically, I'm trying to get ahold of anyone who can offer a REAL contact with the "Windows Defender" UPPER 
"management team" who can actually speak on behalf of "management" and reports as directly to Ballmer as is possible. 
More specifically, I have an issue for management rather than for "support team" which I need to discuss if it's at all 
possible. This is NOT an "exploit" or "problem" issue, and it's not a COMPLAINT either. It's an issue that would 
BENEFIT the "team" but I'm only authorized to mention it to a bona fide "wiglet." Or at least "first outside contact" 
on an OFFICIAL basis. NO LAWSUITS ARE INTENDED!

 Anyone visiting here who meets my criteria? Email me directly for "first contact." I'm just an employee, but need to 
make contact with anyone who actually MANAGES "Defender." It's "significant." Sorry for the "personal" here, but I 
figured "funsec" would be a safe place to fire off a "flare" since this one is NECESSARY ...
