Absolutely.  The fact that road deaths rise and fall with changes in the speed limit
is nothing more than a distraction.

They do? That's an interesting "fact" that I'm sure you'll be able to
elaborate on...with facts and figures of course. I should look for a
study on the implications of Montana's reasonable and prudent "speed
limit". But, why bother, look at the Autobahns. Pretty sure you'll
find that road deaths aren't any more prevalent there than elsewhere.

Truth is, speed doesn't kill - a difference in speed does. You're not
one of those people that does the speed limit in the left lane to
"control" other drivers are you?
