This could certainly prove interesting in treatment of alcoholics but
I think regular drinkers, such as myself, will be left in the cold. I
can't imagine how they could replace the naturally occurring alcohol
in beer with a substitute and have the beer maintain the same flavor -
same for any liquor.

This stuff would have to be a whole new line of drinks - maybe they'd
just make it a new kind of mixer you just add to your juice or soda?

Hey, how cool would it be to go to the bar and get completely sh!t
faced and then pop a bill before getting into your car to be totally
sober?! :)
