This could certainly prove interesting in treatment of alcoholics but I think regular drinkers, such as myself, will be left in the cold. I can't imagine how they could replace the naturally occurring alcohol in beer with a substitute and have the beer maintain the same flavor - same for any liquor. This stuff would have to be a whole new line of drinks - maybe they'd just make it a new kind of mixer you just add to your juice or soda?
