Hmmmm -- "DocuShare" sounds awfully Xerox-ish. And aren't Xerox the company that used to ship NT-based, network- enabled printers whose service techs _required_ that the default, OOTXB (out of the Xerox box) system coinfiguration be left unchanged,` including things akin to Guest enabled, user administrator with the password admin, and so on? Hmmmm... Does anyone think things may have improved greatly?
