The Internet has become the worlds dirty little whore. Everyone uses her, we
care less about her health and more about her speed with the goodies...No
one's willing to an honest wage for her services any more, and we need
prophylactics to prevent the spread of viruses from her womb.

...And you can quote me on that.

Subject: [funsec] How Tucows Helps A Spammer Cover His Tracks

This is nothing new, but more attention to this sort of mess
needs to be brought to the forefront & discussed. Some of
these registrars are in it simply for the money and care
nothing about the "health" of the Internet.

Shame, shame.

Via eMail Battles.

These days, it seems everybody complains about spammers, but
few have noticed how key players allow spammers to ply their
trade. Email Battles takes you on safari, tracking a big one,
then shows you how a well-known and respected registrar makes
the tracks vanish.

Think about that next time you hear ICANN-types whine about
the impossibility of stopping spam. You're either part of the
solution, or part of the problem.
