Why not just charge him in the UK. Shouldnt "hacking foriegn
governments" be a crime? If we start importing every person who hacks
a US system into our prisons, we are going to have very full prisons
(not like we already dont)
 
The principle is that people are tried where they committed the crime. I 
suspect he couldn't be charged for this in the UK, because the hacked 
computer wasn't in the UK.
