funsec jabber fun

There's been a lot of folks that have joined funsec since
this was last announced by Gadi, so perhaps it might be of
interest to some of the newer folks.

Paul Vixie has been nice enough to set up a jabber server
for this motley crew -- anyone is free to join at any time,
there are folks on the conference room 24/7:

 jabber server: jabber.tisf.net
