We have a tool called beSTORM that is about to address exactly that - an 
automated tool to find vulnerabilities during development. Sounds like 
science fiction, I know - but it works.

IMO it's a technological problem that should have a technological solution. I 
won't spam the list with the marketing blurbs, so contact me off list for
