Somebody didn't use their spam program properly

Given what appears here, somebody seems to be using an automated spam 
generation program to try and create some kind of degree mill.  However, they 
don't seem to be reading the directions properly, and have left the "instructions to 
the user" in the message that they created.  I have put the whole thing in, for 
those interested:
