Description: WolfCMS v0.8.3.1 and before is vulnerable to cross site
scripting in User Add module for parameter Name.

Impacted URL is http://[your_webserver_ip]/wolfcms/?/admin/user/add

Payload used is "TestXSS><img src=x onmousover=alert(document.cookie)>
