Comcast / Scientific Atlanta DPC2100 WebSTAR Cable Modem vulnerabilities

I tested my cable modem (Comcast) and found it to be vulnerable. I submitted a regular customer help request for it 
today. Has anyone else reported this to Comcast yet?
