I agree with the last part. But wasn't it you who got "pwned" as it
were, and not Microsoft?

He is a company conduit in my mind... if people are still having

Within reason I should be able to walk out in front of Chase bank
and
talk shit to a 13 year old if I want, but that does not mean he
should be able to subsequently walk into the bank and steal my
account info.

You are right though... I don't need to cc the list every time I
hear
of it happening, but perhaps you haven't taken into account that I

don't feel like any real closure was put on this issue. Microsoft
got
pwned... and they never produced the multiple 13 year olds that
rode
the pwnercycles all over their campus.

So yeah... I feel like being a jerk sometimes and trumpeting the
fact
that Microsoft tech support sucks. I guess I am just an asshole.

Dude, you lost in Halo and talked shit to the wrong bunch of 13
year olds. Let it go. No need to CC this list every time it
happens
to someone else.

Hrmm.... I am wondering if several people are toying with me or
if

something is really going on over in Xbox Live support?

Well Slavik Plotnikov after posting my information at http://
www.digitalmunition.com/StolenUpdate.html and speaking with the
media
Scott Hirnle ultimately took
care of me so to speak... I would suggest starting by emailing
him...
I have cc'd him on this message.

I still have little detail on whom actually compromised my
account
so
don't hold your breath for any info like that.

Oddly enough you are the second person in a few weeks to
contact
me
about this...

Kevin-

I recently had my Xbox Live Gamertag stolen about 3 weeks ago.
Obviously calling Xbox live support is proving to be pointless
as
they have not offered any assistance and have cancelled by
Xbox

live acct. I have been trying to research this and came across
your
similar incident. Have you been able to resolve your issue? Do
you
know of a number or email address where I can contact someone
directly who can actually look into this and assist?

Any information you can provide would be helpful. Am at my
wits
end
with this.

Thank you
