It's full disclosure. Full Disclosure. Use a filter. Hell, even making your client view the e-mail index as threaded allows for simple manual eyeball filtering. Almost all of the OT topics are rolled up nicely under their threads. But do not call for moderation of an intentionally unmoderated list just because you don't like the noise. This is the wild west of the Internet, my friend. Don't join open forums if you don't want to participate in an open forum. Pretty straight forward.
