People think if something is mentioned on a list then its happening.

People think anything n3tter says is moronic .

People think if its not hot on the agenda on a mailing list then its
not the hacker agenda.

People think if n3tty doesnt talk in a thread, its worth a look.

Hackers post things to lists that are different from the real agenda
to divert the agenda.

Hey chimney.. ur black.

We've seen folks blogging about shizzle after a FD post and its funny
"they put it on the high priority agenda"....like the SANS diary blog.

You really like the word 'agenda', dont you ;)

It is funny the way the world works and the way mailing list poeple
"think" and the way mailing lists like FD can become "institutional".

And its downright hilarious that n3t thinks anyone gives a p.o.s.

If you start relying on a given mailing list after a while it can
become "tunnel vision" and in its self become a threat for the comapny
you work for, because you trust the given mailing list so much, that
you make financial company decisions based on what you see on FD.

And if you start relying on n3tty instead of alt.humor, you're going to soon
be let down.

Jeb

PS : still cant get over the change of ur name. All those memories..
