Telefonica Moviestar - any security issues?

Just wondering, we are using this company for a PDA service and it
means connecting to their network through firewalls etc. Has anyone
seen any security issues with this company? Slow to react or poorly
configured security settings would be what I'm after, just a high
level opinion of them if one exists.

We are trying to decide the best way to setup the connections.
