Security contact at Lexmark? Anyone?

Hi,

Does anyone on this list knows how to get in touch with a representative of
Lexmark regarding a security issue? A security related problem was reported
several months ago through their website submission form, but I have yet to
receive a confirmation nor a reply of any kind.
