As for the IE not being a simple executable statement... Come on, there isn't much in Windows that is a simple EXE... Everything is importing
from >one... so has the EU gained victory in regards to stripping out IE and maintaining the same functionality with regards to "file associations" eg. http:// and file history, network connections, etc.? Would be an interesting sysdiff.
