IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL

On my XP system, I have been getting some (IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL) BSoD
lately and it refers to blackdrv.sys.
I am running the latest version 3.6.cnj of BlackICE which I have upgraded
to, not clean install.

Could there possibly be a new DoS exploit ?
