to any non-us registrants, you'll likely have to call the 800 
number, their
site doesn't account for non-US addresses preventing online 
registration.
Speedy response from their support line though.

You forget of course that us "non-US" residents can't call 800 numbers from
here. 

Note to international vendors! Make sure your company contact details aren't
just an 800 number.
