This is a documented feature of MS Word, used to insert sample text into
a document. People who have worked with desktop publishing or page
layout programs may remember "Ipsum Lorem...", which was similar. This
can be useful to test how various formats and styles look.

See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B212251

It's not any kind of security issue, and not even a joke or an "Easter
Egg".

For the idly curious without access to MS Word, the function inserts
"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." into the document. The
first number is how many paragraphs should be created, the second number
is how many copies of the sentence should be in each paragraph. To
demonstrate the feature, low numbers, or no numbers at all (it defaults
to (3,5), could be used. Asking people to type in (200,99) is a little
extreme, or a cute practical joke, or something...

Not even Bill Gates can explain this one!
Try this:
Open a word document and type:
= rand (200,99)

Press Enter and wait for 3 seconds....
