Using anonymizers to masquerade P2P use?

hi list,

i just wonder whether it is technically possible to utilize one of those anonymizers (like http://
anon.inf.tu-dresden.de, JAP; this one does not allow other than 80/tcp and a few others) to hide use 
of P2P services?

i only know a few anonymizers, and the two of them i checked for this possibility do not allow 
anything else than 80/tcp (ftp et al. are not allowed 'due to risk of abuse' -- i wonder what prevent 
80/tcp users of misuse those services... ;). hm.

after that i thought i had an idea, using port redirection (done by the routers i have access to), but 
that would only be a part (exactly one half?!) of the story...

is there a way?
