User education; the neverending story. After HS/college, retention of learned subject matter declines at a rate more rapid then the rate at which one ages, perhaps corresponding to how dog years relate to human years. And it's made a business for some on the IT industry. They'll come in at regular intervals to reeducate folks on these highly 'technical' matters, for a decent fee of course...
