first off 207.46.248.249 resolves to sa.windows.com, not sa.microsoft.com
this is part of the "Search Companion Web Service".  if you look at the search
bar in XP you'll notice you can now search for shit online.  you have a similar
case with the Help and Support thingo too.

2.
looking at the search bar can you see that link down the bottom that says:
"Learn more about Search Companion"?  click it.  it wont destroy your computer,
or dob you in for using a pirated copy of windows, i promise.  another page
you might want to look at is: http://sa.windows.com/privacy/

3.
lay off the crack.  microsoft isn't trying to kill you.  dorqz.
