In Venezuela, an oil power of the west hemisphere, there is this Hugo
Chavez revolutionary bolivarian president trying to raise a country for the
poors, but Cisneros Family -owner of "Panamco-CocaCola Venezuela" and owner
too of a huge Empire of telecommunications in South Americam including
"DirectTV Latam"-, togheter with Corrupted False Workers' Union Bosses,
with the help of USA and Spain goverments 'undercovered' help, and now with
who knows which computer experts around helping them, are trying to kill
this entire south american country by all means of Media TV war,
Eco-Terrorism Petroleum Spills Sabotage, Electronic War using Internet for
Sabotage at computer's control rooms of venezuelan oil refineries and other
crude oil bussiness facilites, electronic sabotage of venezuelan goverment
computers networks, they are also hacking the eamils of grass roots
organizations of poor peoples defending president Chavez, etc.

Our President Hugo Chavez has ordered militarization of all venezuelan
territory and cyberspace, thru National Guard and Army in all the phisycal
territory, and at venezuelan cyberspace with the Electronic War Branch of
Venezuelan Army which is in charge of investigating and taking actions
about corporative computer experts trying to fuck an entire third world
nation: Venezuela.
