Webdav Exploit - "Re-Exploiting" not re:

 The webdav exploit does not appear to be able to be executed twice, ie: once a box has been compromised in this 
fashion it does not seem possible to "re-exploit".   
  This is not 100% comfirmed. 3 of 3 test cases have shown this to be true..  but 3 is a limited sample.
