CALL FOR PANEL MEMBERS The US Army Garrison Command at Redstone Arsenal and the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center have teamed up once again to sponsor the fifth annual Information Technology (IT) Security and Assurance Conference and Exposition on May 13 - 14, 2003. The conference will take place at the John J. Sparkman Complex, Building 5304, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. This year's conference theme is "Mission Possible: Securing Sensitive Data and Protecting the Homefront". This conference will focus on the current IT threats to the military and the federal civilian aerospace community, and the solutions that are available in the government and commercial marketplace. There will be speakers from the military, the federal government, and corporate leaders in the computer security industry. The planning committee is looking for a few panelist to discuss wireless technology security. The panel will be moderated by Mr. Jeff Lunglhofer, Booz Allen and Hamilton. The panel will take place on the May 14 at 10:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. I am hoping that some of the bugtrack members would be interested in signing up as a panel member. The conference usually attracts 500 - 700 IT personnel from throughout the Redstone/NASA Marshal facilities. Below is the conference agenda.
