Remember, SF is now owned by Symantec.  Thus, apart from their SF 
Email addresses (which seem to be working), SF staff should be 
contactible via the Symantec corporate standard Email address which 
is generally available as either (or both) of the general forms:

   <firstname>_<lastname>@symantec.com

   <firstinitial><lastname>@symantec.com

(They may not thank you for having to use Notes to reply, but at 
least it gives you another contact point!)
