The whole point here is that we are a paranoid lot. For me, when a major security-related site vanishes, I think the worst.

As a standard procedure, whenever SF goes off-line, a note should be sent to the public. If this is indeed a 0day, then we all should be advised about it. I also cannot contact SF (but I am not going to scan them to find out if they are indeed down.
Remember, SF is now owned by Symantec. Thus, apart from their SF Email addresses (which seem to be working), SF staff should be contactible via the Symantec corporate standard Email address which is generally available as either (or both) of the general forms: <firstname>_<lastname>@symantec.com <firstinitial><lastname>@symantec.com (They may not thank you for having to use Notes to reply, but at least it gives you another contact point!)
