We've created a scoop-based discussion system at http://www.netalarms.com
maybe we could move some of the rants^h^h^h^h^hdiscussion over there, but
since it's user moderated, people won't really see your articles unless
they find them worthy of reading (they vote on them, unlike slashdot-style
moderation)

We're still working on the site but it's mostly cosmetics at this point.
