Disconnection with Port 1720 and NGX R61

Hi,
I have all the time (every 90 seconds) a disconnection with a platform of visioconference (H323 - Port 1720). I use a 
firewall CheckPoint NGX  R61. The rules are well configured. Have you got solution ?
