At the top end is Airmagnet - www.airmagnet.com

They have a distributed option which allows you to have
centrally-managed distributed sensor APs that will detect and alert on
rogue AP's, insecure configs and also provide excellent info for
troubleshooting etc.

Not cheap though...

Don't forget about SnortWireless. This is patch and some preprocessors
to Snort which allow writing rules for 802.11.
