Besides what I have already posted on the list, you may also access hmtl 
updates on the CiscoWorks - Cisco Monitor for Security (SecMon) update 
files.  If you have a CCO password try:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/mgmt-ctr-ids or
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/mgmt-ctr-ids4updates

They are inside the zip file in a tar one.
