where can I finde open problems in IDs or researches on it?is there any
special sites for it?

search the literature, namely conference proceedings:

RAID (recent advances in intrusion detection)
        USENIX security

find past conferences on the web and look at the work being presented.
also dig around citeseer, an amazing site:

        http://citeseer.nj.nec.com/cs

once you have a few names you'll start to see networks (by references an
coauthors) of the people doing work.
