Hi

IDScenter 1.09b21 is old.. the latest version is 1.1 RC2 (which is 
available on www.packx.net currently).
Packx.net is not updated anymore though.

Next release, 1.1 RC3, will be released on www.engagesecurity.com (still 
free of course.. among great other security tools like Engage packet 
builder)
