White Paper: Windows as a Security Appliance

Anitian has just released a new white paper chronicling a two year study
of three RealSecure Guard units. RealSecure Guard is ISS's in-line
intrusion prevention system that has been around since early 2000 (when
it was a Network ICE product).

This paper also describes Anitian's famous "337 day" Guard box. This
Windows 2000 server ran continuously, without fault, crash, or intrusion
for 337 days. The Guard software was updated a few times, but never
required a reboot of the system.
